Meet Todd

Todd Caliguire is a life-long resident of Bergen County, who attended Tenafly High School, and received an engineering degree from Princeton University, along with a master’s degree in Business Administration and law degree from New York University.

In addition to his extensive work in the private sector, where he built and managed a large, private company, Todd has a long record of public service in our community.

Todd served as an assistant legal counsel to Governor Tom Kean, and later as a senior policy advisor. While practicing law in Bergen County, he advised Governor Chris Christie on privatization issues. He was also appointed as a member of the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation, the agency charged with investigating organized crime and public corruption.

As Executive Director of the North Jersey District Water Commission, Todd managed one of the largest public suppliers of water in the eastern United States that provides water to almost 2 million residents of northern New Jersey without raising rates a single time.

Todd has also been elected to two three-year terms as a member of the Bergen County Freeholder Board where he took a term limit pledge – and honored it

Todd resides in Midland Park and is married to Laurie, the former star of Broadway’s “Phantom of the Opera.”  They have one child.

Let’s stop coddling criminals and let police do their jobs.

We need education not indoctrination in the classroom.

Let’s reduce the bloated county budget and use the savings to help those hurt most by the Democrats’ inflation.
